How easy are Technishelters™ to set up
Ease of use is built into the DNA of each Technishelter™ and it doesn’t get any easier to set up a shelter than it does with a Technishelter™.

Our unique “all-in-one” frame design means that there are absolutely no tools required to get event ready quickly, safely, and reliably.

Will a Technishelter™ keep me cool?
Very.

Our industry leading advancements in textile engineering have enabled us to create our nextUV™ fabric which blocks 99.9% of UVA & UVB and also creates excellent shade for everyone underneath the shelter.
Do I stay dry inside a Technishelter™?
Our fabrics are 100% waterproof and we’ve created an exclusive 14 step process that’s precisely crafted to assemble our roofs and walls in a way that ensures you stay 100% dry inside each and every Technishelter™.
How safe are Technishelters™?
We’re devoted to safety and smart engineering. That means we don’t bring any Technishelter™ to market unless it meets our strict structural standards.

We design, prototype, build, test, redesign, and retest until we achieve our target; only then does each shelter receive the Technishelter™ brand.
How much wind can a Technishelter™ take?
It all depends on the size and frame specifications – but one of our models has a design capacity of 115km/h winds!

Can I customise my Technishelter™?
Most certainly. Technishelters™ can be 100% customised to your organisation to help you achieve your goals.

In what sizes are Technishelters™ manufactured?
In “square” shapes we manufacture:

- 2.4m x 2.4m
- 3m x 3m
- 4m x 4m

In “rectangular” shapes we manufacture:

- 3m x 4.5m
- 3m x 6m
- 4m x 8m
How long is the warranty?
Technishelters™ have a variety of different warranty periods depending on the model / specification. Our warranties range from 12 months to 20 years – but our goodwill policy extends a lot further than that.
How do I get a price?
There are quite a few options for Technishelters™ and prices start from as little as $400, but it’s not uncommon for a standard shelter to be around $1000-$2000 depending on the different options chosen.

We would prefer to speak to you (call 1300 24 41 66) as we really try to understand your needs to make appropriate recommendations as to what Technishelter™ would suit best.

Typically we dispatch goods the next business day, but if you order before 11AM we can generally ship them same day.

There are no limits in what you can put on your shelter.
Do you care about what I print on my Technishelter™?
Nothing makes us more proud than going to an event and seeing on our shelters out and about.

This means, we don’t just want you sell you a shelter. We genuinely care about what you print because we want to you be blown away every time you set up by how amazing your Technishelter™ looks.

Really. We do.
Does any printing start before I approve artwork?
Never. We don’t start printing anything until your 100% satisfied with the design you’re signing off on.
I have unique colours that I need to match - is that possible?
You should expect someone else on the end of the line that is ready to help educate, explain, advise, and assist you in any way you need.

How quickly can a shelter be customised?
Standard manufacturing times are between 7-10 business days from artwork approval, but we can prioritise orders for an extra charge.

Call us on 1300 24 41 66 to discuss the exact date you require the shelter, and we’ll make it happen.
If I have a really tight deadline, can you help?
We have procedures in place to facilitate expedited manufacturing.

Delivery

Getting your Technishelter™ into your hands
Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes. Everyday we dispatch Technishelters™ to their new homes across all of Australia.

Our shelters have been sent everywhere in Australia from Cape York to Port Hedland, from Arnhemland to Hobart, and from Norfolk Island to Margaret River.
Can I pick up?
Sure! Our warehouse is located in Bayswater Victoria, and you can most definitely pick up your new Techishelter™​ from there.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Typically we dispatch goods the next business day, but if you order before 11AM we can generally ship them same day.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard freight services takes the following days:

- Melbourne (1-2)
- Sydney (2-3)
- Adelaide (2-3)
- Brisbane (3-4)
- Perth (4-5)
- Add on a couple extra days extra for regional locations near those cities
- Overnight services available Australia wide at an additional cost.
Do you have overnight freight?
Yes. We’ve sent pallet loads of marquees from Melbourne to Darwin before.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Because we use couriers, they generally require a signature to receive the goods.

We can deliver to residential addresses, but we request an “Authority To Leave”.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
Your Technishelter™​ will be taken back to the couriers local depot and will be available for you to collect.

Alternatively, if you choose, we can re-deliver the consignment for a small fee.
